Dress A Girl Southwest Missouri (DAGSWMO)
We are Sue, Pam, Cindy, and Sharon—ambassadors for Dress a Girl Southwest Missouri. Being an ambassador means being recognized by Dress a Girl Around the World, following their patterns, and guidelines to ensure quality garments reach girls & boys who need them most.
DAG SWMO of Cassville was launched by Sue in 2018. Pam planted a group in Monett in 2022, and Cindy and Sharon joined the mission by starting a Springfield group in 2024. Together, we combine our efforts to provide hope and joy to at-risk girls and women all over the world—one dress at a time.
Each of us hosts “Work Days” at our churches where we assemble sewing kits. Every kit includes everything needed to create a dress, skirt, or pair of shorts. These kits are then distributed to seamstresses who stitch them together with love and prayer before returning the finished garments.
From there, the dresses are sent with missionaries, who personally present one to each girl or boy—sharing a powerful message: you are worthy of respect and loved by God.
Whether you are an experienced seamstress, just learning, or don’t sew at all—there’s a place for you in this mission! We warmly invite you to attend a Work Day near you.

Dress a Girl Around the World is a Campaign under Hope 4 Women International (a 501 (c) 3 organization) bringing dignity to women around the world since 2006. About The Founder, Rachel Cinader
Rachel founded the “Dress a Girl Around the World” program and volunteer sewing groups have burst forth across the United States and other countries such as Canada, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK to make dresses. Hope 4 Women distributes the dresses through Hope 4 Kids’ international teams as well as other organizations traveling around the world. Since its birth in October of 2009 more than two million dresses have been distributed to 90 countries, including the USA.
We dream of a world in which every girl has at least one new dress. We want girls to know that they are worthy of respect, and that they are loved by God.

Hope 4 WomenH4WI was formed for charitable and educational purposes to empower women in Uganda and other countries who are suffering from poverty, disease, and low self-worth to become self-sufficient with their own businesses.

Hope 4 Women International was established in 2008 and established as a 501c3 in 2012 Hope 4 Women International was formed for charitable and educational purposes. Specifically, we began to empower women in Uganda who are suffering from poverty, disease, and low self-worth to become self-sufficient with businesses of their own.
